- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/2 oz creme de cassis
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
Fill with ice, ginger ale
Add 1/2 lime shell Serve in a highball glass

- 1/2 shot Chambord
- 1/5 shot Sugar Syrup
Shake with Ice, and then strain into Cocktail Glass. Garnish with a Raspberry, which will float in the centre of the drink.

- 2 tea-spoonfuls of water.
- 3 or 4 sprigs of young mint.
- 1 wine-glass of whiskey.
Put the mint in the glass, then the sugar and water. Mash the mint to extract the flavor, add the Whiskey, and fill up the glass with shaved ice. Stir up well, and ornament with two or three fresh sprigs of mint.

- 3 oz Grapefruit juice
- 2 oz Cranberry juice
Pour vodka into an iced highball glass. Fill partially with Grapefruit juice and top with cranberry juice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
