  • 1 ounce unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce passion fruit syrup
  • teaspoon brown sugar
  • dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 ounce gold Puerto Rican rum
  • 1 ounce 151 Demerra rum
  • 1 ounce white Puerto Rican rum
Dissolve sugar in lemon juice. Shake everything well with crushed ice and pour into a Collins glass. Garnish with a mint sprig. Collins Glass
