  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar, muddle with several mint leaves & lime juice (2 dashes)
  • 1 1/2 oz light rum
  • Add lime shell in glass
  • Fill 2/3 with shaved ice
  • Fill with soda
  • Add mint leaf
  • Serve in a tall glass
